I'm Amanda
 

Yoga is my lifeline.
I am on mission to face my fears and tap into my heart’s center with self-study, community, and careful intention. From the moment I walked into my first yoga class, I knew that I was on the path home, and nothing has been the same since. My love and dedication for the practice and the journey have led me to a new passion of sharing the gift of yoga with others. 


Years of practice and training with my beloved teachers Jen Ryan of the Yoga Loft, Matt Giordano of Chromatic Yoga, and David Vendetti and Todd Skoglund of South Boston Yoga, (and many more) have guided me to carve out my own little space in the world. 


I love to create an experience for students where they are able to connect the mind and body through the breath and specially curated sequences. In my classes you can expect to slow down and savor the moment, beginning with a lovingly dynamic warm-up, followed by sneaky hard stuff and plenty of opportunities to explore the poses with options to make the poses work for your body, and not the other way around. Oh, and I love sharing self-massage techniques throughout the practice too :)

I am currently offering weekly virtual classes Tuedays, Thursdays and Sundays and recently added OUTDOOR classes at Pier's Park in East Boston on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

 

My signature offering, Sunday Slow Flow, helps students close the week with a stretch and a smile.
